CATHERINE BELK

A natural problem-solver and people-first leader, Catherine joined Functionize Health and Physical Therapy as Practice Manager in April 2026, bringing more than 30 years of experience in operations, business management, and human resources. She thrives on creating smooth, efficient systems and supporting teams so they can do their best work.

Catherine finds energy in helping others grow and takes pride in building strong, collaborative environments. She spent 18 years with Bank of America as a Senior Operations Manager, followed by 16 years at NCR, where she focused on training and development—leading programs that supported Field Engineers across the U.S. and Canada.

Originally from Chicago, with early roots in Kingsville, Texas, Catherine learned the value of adaptability and hard work early on. She began her career in Jacksonville, Florida, later moving to Atlanta in 2004, where she led site consolidation efforts and helped drive operational improvements.

At her core, Catherine believes great customer service makes all the difference. She’s passionate about creating an experience where both clients and team members feel supported, valued, and set up for success.

Today, Catherine lives in the Atlanta area and loves spending time with her two sons and three grandchildren. She’s also a big dog lover—her Yellow Lab, Reagan, and German Shepherd, Cash, keep life fun. In her downtime, you’ll likely find her reading, baking, or crafting.
