50-minute Full Body evaluation to understand your problems and develop a solution-based plan.

 

We will assess your movement to ensure you have the appropriate strength and flexibility in your body to optimize your running.

 Video Running Assessment and Education with focus on the 5 key factors of pain-free running performance.

Honing in on these areas will help you get there!

Completion of the 6 essential tests to determine your readiness to run.

 

We will walk you through evidence-based tests to ensure your body is physically prepared to run injury-free.
