KELSEY FROST
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Kelsey is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a love for helping individuals of all ages and ability levels improve their strength, mobility, and independence so they can live active, empowered lives. She is committed to guiding her patients in discovering their true potential—whether they’re recovering from injury, managing a neurologic condition, or striving to reach new athletic goals.

With clinical expertise in treating orthopedic conditions, endurance athletes, neurologic conditions, and pediatric/adolescent populations, Kelsey takes a dynamic, personalized approach to care. She believes in meeting each patient where they are and creating an environment that fosters progress, confidence, and long-term success.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Kelsey grew up in an active family where she was encouraged to explore any sport that interested her. This foundation shaped her lifelong love of movement and influenced her work ethic and dedication as a physical therapist. She began her professional journey at Miami University of Ohio, earning a degree in kinesiology, and later completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

Outside of the clinic, Kelsey enjoys distance running and racing, playing sand volleyball, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog, Moose. She also cherishes spending time with family members locally and around the country as well as with close friends. A proud Ohio native, she’s a devoted fan of the Buckeyes, Bengals, and Reds cheering them on year-round.

Having lived in various states throughout her life, Kelsey values cultural diversity and brings an inclusive, compassionate approach to her work. Her mission is to help people of all backgrounds move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best—both in and out of the clinic.
